EMS Class Application
In order to sign up for an EMS class with us, you need to fill out this application. This will get a phone call to you from one of our staff to discuss your EMS goals/needs.
There is a $80 dollar fee to apply. If you decide to continue with a class, the $80 applies to the cost of the class. If you do not, $50 of it is refundable.
