EMS Class Application
In order to sign up for an EMS class with us, you need to fill out this application. This will get a phone call to you from one of our staff to discuss your EMS goals/needs.
The application fee is $80. If you start a class, the $80 applies to the cost of the class. If you do not, $50 is refundable.
